I'm on a fresh install again (outside of program files this time) and again, within 10 minutes of play I was stung by an infinite loading screen and when I got back in, couldn't save when I left Whiterun.Īny help would be greatly appreciated as I've followed numerous guides, cleaned game files with TESEDIT, cleaned save filed on old and new characters and I'm using the load order LOOT gave me. The game will play just fine for short burst but I'll randomly get infinite loading screens or, upon trying to save, the game will lock up entirely. I must have reinstalled the game around 5-6 times now, purging everything and reinstalling all mods and even trimming back quite a fair bit from what I had installed and sadly, I'm still faced with the same issues every single time.

For some reason, the first managed with me having little to no understanding of load order or the importance of, well, any of it! I installed random stuff all over the place and it ran just fine. I've really been going out of my mind these past few days trying to start a new character.
